We gladly service residential as well as corporate, restaurants, schools and municipal accounts.

How do I get started?

Simply click on "Getting Started" and fill out your customer profile, set your schedule and preferences and we will be there. No hassle.

How do I confirm what you pick up?

We will send you an email or text once the items have been logged in, at which point you can view your activity from the "My Account" page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or you may pay cash in store.

What areas do you service?

New franchises are opening all the time so if we don't currently have service in your area check back from time to time. Or for franchise opportunities go to our franchise link for more information.

What is the turn around time?

Please check with your local vendor however typical turnaround time is as follows:

    48 hours for Wash and Fold
    72 hours for Dry Cleaning, Dry Cleaning & Wash and Fold

What if I'm not home for pick up and delivery?

Simply tell us on your account set up form where we can pick up and deliver from. As long as it's secure we will pick up and deliver where you instruct us.**

What if I have a hectic schedule?

If you don't see a time or day that works for you, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I drop off my own laundry?

Sure, if your local vendor has a storefront or drop off location please call or email your local vendor for hours and information.

What if I have multiple addresses?

If both addresses are within the service area for the franchise, then you have the ability to enter two addresses on the customer set up page and can switch between them at your convenience. If the addresses are in separate service areas, you will need to create an account for the individual franchises.
